The Hiraral Industrial Estate is a large-scale industrial development designed and executed in strict accordance with VVMC guidelines and prevailing UDCPR regulations. The project comprises 25,000 sq. ft. of carpet area along with 18,000 sq. ft. of open space, creating a well-balanced layout between built-up and functional external zones. Developed using a Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) structure, the design ensures structural efficiency, faster construction, and cost-effectiveness while maintaining clear-span spaces for flexible industrial use. The planning prioritizes efficient workflow, smooth vehicular circulation, and adherence to setback, access, and fire safety requirements.
As the principal architect and project lead, we handled the project end-to-end—from concept design and VVMC liaisoning approvals to complete on-site execution. All statutory aspects, including zoning compliance, FSI utilization, and fire NOCs, were seamlessly integrated into the design. The open areas were strategically planned for loading, unloading, and circulation, ensuring operational efficiency. Through close coordination with consultants and contractors, the project was delivered with high-quality execution, timely completion, and full regulatory compliance, reflecting our expertise in industrial developments.
